Adynaton Productions recognizes the importance of working with a diverse group of artists and telling diverse stories in our projects. As a company, we pledge to push for the following demographic involvement in all of our future projects:
75% of individuals working on a project in any and all capacities will be BIPOC
60% of individuals working on a project in any and all capacities will be Female, Trans, and Gender Non-Conforming
Additionally, we are committing to:
Seek Diversity in all aspects of our projects, including but not limited to Designers, Crew Members, Actors, and other Team Members of every race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical ability, age, socioeconomic status, as well as the full range of human identities and demographics.
Empower Individualism among artists of all demographics and support the work of underrepresented communities. Take steps to not only have a diverse team, but to create an inclusive space in which everyone is heard, respected, and valued. Ensure that every individual feels supported and able to fully participate in the work.
Foster Accountability among ourselves and our team members. Constantly question if there is a lack of representation in the room, why that may be, and how we can change that. Search for the root of issues surrounding a lack of diversity and inclusion. Be open to criticism surrounding diversity and inclusion, and take proper steps to change when an issue has been brought to our attention.
Adynaton Productions acknowledges that it is not enough to “not be racist”; we must be anti-racist. Moving forward, we are committing to taking steps to support communities and demographics that are under-represented and under-appreciated.
